This corrective exercise plan is not intended for diagnosing postural conditions or dysfunctions or treating a diagnosed injury, postural condition and/or disease. It comes in scope of a medical practitioner.
We will first do verbal assessment to understand the issues which you are facing and reasons for same. Post that we will do visual assessment of your body from head to toe for identifying the postural deviations. For it we will require your pictures in normal standing position from front, back and side view. We will then tell you the postural deviations which we have identified and the musculoskeletal imbalances associated with it.
Based on the findings during assessment we will generate plan of corrective exercises for posture correction. We will also explain you the purpose of each exercise and how it will help you. You will need to share the exercise videos with us so that we can confirm if you are executing the plan correctly and safely. If we see any deviation in exercise form then we will highlight it so that you can correct it.
We will do weekly review of your progress by taking your current pictures. We will compare it with your old pictures and show you the progress. Based on your progress we may include some new exercises or exclude some of the old exercises. This process will continue till you don't regain the correct posture and do the movements efficiently.
