We will first do the verbal assessment to understand issues which you are facing and reasons for same. Post that we will do the visual assessment of your body from head to toe for identifying postural deviations. For it we will require your pictures in normal standing position from front, back and side view. We will then tell you postural deviations which we have identified and musculoskeletal imbalances associated with it.
Based on findings during assessment, we will generate the plan of corrective exercises for posture correction. We will also explain you purpose of each exercise and how it will help you. You will need to share exercise videos with us so that we can confirm if you are executing the plan correctly and safely. If we see any deviation in exercise form, then we will highlight it so that you can correct it.
We will do the weekly review of progress by taking your current pictures. We will compare it with old pictures and show your progress. Based on progress we may include some new exercises or exclude some of old exercises. This process will continue till you don't regain correct posture and do movements efficiently.
